Proliferation of nuclear arms can be discouraged with nonviolent means, but we should try to discourage all nations from increasing nuclear arsenals. | |||

We need to reduce the Federal deficit with spending cuts, and reduction of the recent Federal tax cuts. 2. We need to maintain our military and economic superiority above Russia by economic means to reduce Russia's economic strength by encouraging Russians to emigrate to other countries, competing with Russia economically, and maintaining a strong armed forces. |
